Refund policy
If you change your mind about a purchase, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will refund your payment in full.
If, after receiving your ring, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, your jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (a 10% re-stocking fee will be withheld)
- Eternity rings and rings that have been engraved or cast with a personal date or message. An eternity ring is any ring where the pattern or detail goes all the way around the ring. These rings cannot be re-sized and sold to another buyer. They are eligible for replacement or repair if they are found to be damaged or defective when you receive them. If you notice a defect upon receiving an item please email: peterhodesdesigns@gmail.com If the reason for return of these items is not due to our error, a 20% re-stocking fee will be withheld.
To return your jewelry, please ship it to: 15618 Cliff Avenue, White Rock BC, Canada V4B 1V9 . You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your jewelry. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a shipping option that includes parcel tracking. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
